Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 3/4 cups oat flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut or MCT oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Blend eggs, banana, and vanilla extract
  3. Meanwhile combine oat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
  4. Melt coconut oil and mix with flour.
  5. Add blended banana mixture
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
