Ingredients:
- 3 bananas
- 1 3/4 cups oat flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut or MCT oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Blend eggs, banana, and vanilla extract
- Meanwhile combine oat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
- Melt coconut oil and mix with flour.
- Add blended banana mixture
- Bake for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
