  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • Optional- 1 bag frozen raspberries or pomegrante
  • 1 squeezed orange
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water
  • 2-3 tsp honey or coconut sugar. Add more to liking.


  • Bring water to boil. Add cranberries.
  • Cook for 10 minutes add fresh squeezed orange, honey or coconut sugar, and optional frozen fruit.
  • Cook for additional 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Serve warm or let cool for 10 minutes to thicken more.
