- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- Optional- 1 bag frozen raspberries or pomegrante
- 1 squeezed orange
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 tsp honey or coconut sugar. Add more to liking.
- Bring water to boil. Add cranberries.
- Cook for 10 minutes add fresh squeezed orange, honey or coconut sugar, and optional frozen fruit.
- Cook for additional 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve warm or let cool for 10 minutes to thicken more.
