I'm Olivia. I am a former sufferer of chronic gut issues, hypothyroidism, and gallbladder warrior turned Holistic Nutritionist.
I've been in your shoes and now I have the opportunity to teach you the lessons I have learned along the way so that you can uncover your root cause and start healing.
From my journey, I have an insane passion for helping individuals suffering from chronic gut issues, gallbladder and fatty liver disease. I do this by tapping into your body's own innate ability to heal through a mind, body, spirit approach.

I began working with Olivia at Honor Your Core in November of 2020 after being diagnosed with biliary dyskinesia of my gallbladder. I was told by my surgeon that my gallbladder had to be removed and to follow a low-fat diet until that procedure. I found Olivia on Instagram and she shared a lot of helpful information. After doing a personal consultation, she helped me to understand what my body was going through and how to improve my nutrition. After 3 months of following her diet and supplement recommendations I had fewer attacks, I lost weight by being healthy and was even able to introduce my family to a healthier lifestyle. Looking back on my physical health, I can recognize that when I was doing better mentally and emotionally I also was healthier physically. The same was true for the opposite. A poor mental state led to a poor physical state.
